What you're purchasing

Open My Business sells digital planning guides and associated tools in PDF format. Upon completing your purchase through Payhip, you will receive a download link via email. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own purposes.

No refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have a technical problem with your download or have not received your purchase, please contact us at hello@openmybusiness.co and we will resolve it promptly.

Intellectual property

All content in our guides — text, frameworks, checklists, worksheets and tools — is the intellectual property of Open My Business. You may not reproduce, share, resell or distribute any part of our guides without written permission.
